I had the opportunity to photograph my first gay wedding this spring. Of course, in any way that really matters, it wasn’t any different than any other wedding, but that said, no two weddings are the same. This wedding was at Häckeberga Castle in Skåne (Sweden), one of my favorite wedding venues. I’ll admit that I was a bit apprehensive about posing the portraits. A lot of the traditional poses felt too feminine. It turned out that these guys were such a pleasure to work with that we soon got into a rhythm that everyone was comfortable with.
